In 1992, George H.W. Bush signed Executive Order 12803, which gave D.C. the authority to sell America’s infrastructure. They called this authority “Infrastructure Privatization.” E.O. 12803 tells us this power cleared the way for the “disposition or transfer of an infrastructure “asset” such as by sale or by long-term lease from a State or local government to a private party.”
E.O. 12803 also lists examples of America’s saleable and/or lease-able infrastructure:• Roads• Tunnels• Bridges• Electricity supply facilities• Mass transit• Rail transportation• Airports• Ports• Waterways• Recycling/wastewater treatment facilities• Solid waste disposal facilities• Hospitals• Prisons• Schools• HousingE.O. 12803 tells us that this list represents infrastructure “examples.” Let us, therefore, assume that this is not the complete list of America’s saleable infrastructure. However, this list is a stunning confession.
Notice that all items listed in 12803 are the very same infrastructure items listed in all Martial Law Executive Orders see here. It seems no longer possible to seek the redress of grievances by petitioning Congress or expect its members to uphold the Constitution and champion equal treatment under the law.
The US Congress is dominated by incompetence, ambition and avarice. It has made itself a tyrant and has become a danger to the survival of the republic.
The Declaration of Independence states:
“Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it…”
Ordinary Americans are feeling disenfranchised and helpless by politicians practicing elective despotism.
By its actions, the corrupt permanent political class is leaving the American people no other option than outright rebellion to take back our government.

POLITICAL CORRUPTION IS THE SINGLE, MOST IMPORTANT 2012 ISSUE
Washington, D.C. is hopelessly corrupt. None of the critical problems America is currently facing will be resolved without effectively addressing the blatant dishonesty and frequent criminality of politicians and their wealthy facilitators.
Corruption in Washington, D.C. can assume many forms.
Financial corruption
Peter Schweizer’s new book “Throw Them All Out” reveals a pattern of suspicious stock trading by members of Congress from both parties based on their financial disclosure statements and legislative activities.
In our current get-rich Congress, every member of the House and Senate can mix business with governing by trading stocks and making land deals while considering major pieces of legislation.
Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) – When Visa went public in March 2008, then-Speaker of the House Pelosi and her husband bought some of their shares at the opening IPO price—access that would be virtually impossible for the average individual investor.
Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT) – Baucus played a central role in forging the health-care-reform bill. As he was negotiating with pharmaceutical companies and putting his imprint on the legislation, Baucus was also buying and selling health-care stocks.

According to an Oct. 19 article in the North Carolina News & Observer, written by associates of Human Rights First, more than 20 retired U.S. Generals and Admirals have written to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), and to the chairman and ranking Senator of the Armed Services Committee, to demand the removal of police-state “anti-terrorism” measures from the 2012 Defense Authorization Act.
Authors J. Adam Abram and Alston Gardner write, “The 666-page National Defense Authorization Act being considered by the Senate contains at least two provisions that are simply not consistent with American values…. Section 1031 of the act permits indefinite military detention of American citizens, without charge or trial, if those citizens are accused of supporting or being members of or supporting an affiliate of al-Qaeda.”
Most citizens are completely unaware of the dangerous measures in the bill, especially since the committee debate in June 2011 was held behind closed doors. Now, the article warns, “a minority of senators is trying to rush the entire bill to the floor, using the excuse that we ‘must fund the military.’”
Among the signers of the letter to the Senate are retired officers who also fought against the Bush/Cheney/Obama torture policy, including:
Generals Joseph Hoar, USMC;
Charles Krulak, USMC;
Lt. Gen. Robert Gard, USA; and
Maj. Gen. Paul Eaton, USA.

Why would Obama tell us that his mother’s name is Stanley Ann Dunham when it is really Jo Ann Newman, a white teenage girl from the Bronx, New York, who according to Ms. Trowbridge was Malcolm X’s teenage lover and devotee?

…Like the Democrats, the present Republican Party is unfit to lead our great nation.
As long as the Republican Party ignores Obama’s ineligibility for the Presidency and his crimes, both before and after illegally occupying the Oval Office, I will not vote Republican and endorse permanent political corruption in Washington, D.C.
Voting Republican will simply delay the inevitable. In my opinion, it is better to let Obama win and allow a flawed two-party system to collapse.
It is within the power of the American people to refuse to subsidize the continuation of political corruption.
It is within the power of patriotic Americans to reject an oppressive big government philosophy and rebuild our political system from the bottom up, as the Founding Fathers envisioned and as our Constitution so brilliantly articulates.
The 2012 election can augur an American Renaissance or proffer a pathway to perdition represented by the status quo.
It is time to cast our ballots for “none of the above” and take back our government……

…..I was interviewing a high-level intelligence Pentagon official who brought up the possibility of Martial Law. and how, This action may be necessary from a Military Security perspective. I believe this man loved our country and spoke with integrity. However, he commented that in a time of great emergency Martial Law may become necessary. “Once the crisis is over the government will return government back to the people.
The problem with that premise is that it is based on the integrity of who is in power at the time of crisis and what guarantee do we have that our government will return the government of ‘We the people,’ back to the people?”
This is a very serious matter and that is why there is so much concern regarding things like a simple 30 second test, which can cause tremendous apprehension among many Americans.

The Dover Air Force Base mortuary for years disposed of some dead troops’ body parts by burning them and dumping the ashes in a Virginia landfill, a practice that officials have since abandoned in favor of burying the remains at sea.
The Dover mortuary, which is the main point of entry for America’s war dead, sent remains to the landfill from 2003 until 2008, according to Air Force officials. The manner of disposal was typically withheld from the relatives of fallen service members. The disclosure comes in the aftermath of several federal investigations into mishandling of remains at the mortuary.
Air Force officials acknowledged the practice Wednesday in response to inquiries from The Washington Post. They said the procedure was limited to portions of body parts that were unable to be identified at first or were later recovered from the battlefield, and which family members had indicated could be disposed of by the military
