…..Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ, has launched an investigation into Obama’s eligibility and stated that a report will be issued next month containing information that could be a “shock.”

Is it possible that Obama was born in the United States to two U.S.-citizen parents but that his identity was changed at some point? If so, why?

At least two researchers have stated that Obama is the son of Malcolm X, a civil rights leader who converted to Islam while in prison and was assassinated on February 22, 1965 in Harlem. Israel Insider has also presented the possibility based on Martha Trowbridge’s post dated November 2, 2011.

Malcolm X had frequented The Apollo Theater located in Harlem, where on January 19, despite his busy schedule, Obama appeared and sang part of a song with a reference to the “Reverend Al Green.” Obama’s Georgia attorney, in his Motion to Quash Taitz’s subpoena for Obama to appear with the reqested proof of eligibility, claimed that it was “unreasonable” for Obama to attend because of his presidential “duties,” but he had time to embrace a woman inappropriately during a “campaign stop” in Florida last week while the mainstream media attempted to mitigate the story revealed by the photo.

There have been many inconsistencies in the life story provided to the public about Obama, including the life of his purported mother. It has been reported that Bill Ayers is the author of Obama’s book, Dreams From My Father. If Barack Obama Sr. is not Obama’s father, did Ayers write a work of fiction to convince a gullible American public of something which never occurred?…..

In 1992, George H.W. Bush signed Executive Order 12803, which gave D.C. the authority to sell America’s infrastructure. They called this authority “Infrastructure Privatization.” E.O. 12803 tells us this power cleared the way for the “disposition or transfer of an infrastructure “asset” such as by sale or by long-term lease from a State or local government to a private party.”

E.O. 12803 also lists examples of America’s saleable and/or lease-able infrastructure:• Roads• Tunnels• Bridges• Electricity supply facilities• Mass transit• Rail transportation• Airports• Ports• Waterways• Recycling/wastewater treatment facilities• Solid waste disposal facilities• Hospitals• Prisons• Schools• HousingE.O. 12803 tells us that this list represents infrastructure “examples.” Let us, therefore, assume that this is not the complete list of America’s saleable infrastructure. However, this list is a stunning confession.

Notice that all items listed in 12803 are the very same infrastructure items listed in all Martial Law Executive Orders see here. Martial Law kicks in to power during declared states of emergency and with the single signature of the president. In July 2008, presidential candidate Barack Obama vowed to create a “civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” as the U.S. military.

Apparently no one else in the national press found that promise newsworthy, because I was the first to call it to the attention of the public days later. Interestingly, the pledge had been stricken from transcripts of the speech handed out to media.

What ever happened to the “civilian national security force” initiative? No one in the press has dared to ask that question.

But two recent developments suggest Obama may have found an innovative way to achieve his objectives to militarize the homefront without creating a new national security force:

In December, both houses of Congress passed the defense reauthorization bill that killed the concept of habeas corpus – legislation that authorized the president to use the U.S. military to arrest and indefinitely detain American citizens without charge or trial.

Obama’s appalling decision permits America’s enemies to reverse-engineer the stealth spy drone, unlocking the aircraft’s structural and software secrets and undermining national security.

That outcome may not be terribly surprising because George Soros, Obama’s puppet master, funds the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), a powerful Iranian government lobbying group in Washington, D.C. The NIAC chief, Trita Parsi, has been described as”an intellectually dishonest regime apologist and an unofficial and unregistered lobbyist for the Iranian regime.”

To further undermine the American military readiness, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), along with 91 other senators, approved the 926-page Defense Department authorization bill that included a provision to repeal the military’s ban on sodomy and bestiality.

When future historians study the sunset of the American republic, they will shake their heads in disbelief, knowing that Obama could have been removed from office at any time, if only members of Congress had not been stupid, corrupt or cowardly.

In addition, Obama has forged his birth documents and Selective Service registration and uses a Social Security number not issued to him.

Unfortunately, Republican leaders have decided to maintain a protective shield of silence and dispense disinformation about Obama’s Constitutionally illegal Presidency and his crimes in order to hide their own complicity in the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people.

The chaos is coming and those disgraceful politicians will have blood on their traitorous hands.

Modern Americans are riddled with apathy. If you want to know how far it can go, think of the worst atrocities the Nazis committed and realize there were no crowds storming the gates of Auschwitz . Foreign, invading soldiers opened those gates. And so shall it be with us.

We can’t wake the sleeping giant. But someone, somewhere, can club it in the head. When the Empire is too big, too aggressive, too starved and internally paralyzed (vibrantly demonstrated by Katrina, thank you, Ma’am, for that performance), and it finally oversteps one border too many, China , India , and Europe will implement, shall we say, ‘corrective procedures.’

And if we’re ready, if we’ve planted our seeds and cultivated our memes strongly and deeply into the somnambulistic consciousness, the giant might just stumble a few bloody paces in the direction of liberty before slumping over the TV tray…..

Meet Judge John Roll

“Widely respected.” “A wise jurist.”

The US news media heaped on the praise, but was purposefully vague about who this extraordinary judge was and what he actually did.

The early and oft-repeated media claim “the judge was just in the wrong place at the wrong time” doesn’t ring true for several reasons, the most important being how the heck would they know and know so quickly?

Equally as suspicious, why did they feel the need to repeat this statement over and over again from the very beginning of the reports? Who inserted this into the news stream?

Judge Roll was an opponent of the Federal government overreaching its authority.

Specifically:

1. He ruled against federal imposition on states rights in gun law matters,

2. He ruled against elements of the Patriot Act (the part where federal “law enforcement agents” can seize your bank account without cause), and

3. He ruled against the newly announced FEMA Governor system in which the federal government plans to take the power of elected state Governors and put in in the hands of federally-appointed “regional” governors in the case of an “emergency.”

It’s a rare judge these days that stands up to this BS or shows any interest in the Constitution at all.

And he ended up dead in the parking lot of a Safeway Supermarket at the hands of a “lone nut” who local law enforcement allowed to run wild publicly making violent threats against employers and school administrators.

In fact, the Republican Party has joined the Democrats and the mainstream media to suppress discussion of these issues, have actively distributed misinformation and deliberately misdirected citizens.

In fact, Karl Rove and the Republican leadership are promoting their own ineligible Vice Presidential candidate, Marco Rubio, who is not a natural born citizen (his parents were not US citizens at the time of his birth). I think Rubio is excellent, but he should not become Vice President at the expense of the Constitution.

It seems no longer possible to seek the redress of grievances by petitioning Congress or expect its members to uphold the Constitution and champion equal treatment under the law.

The US Congress is dominated by incompetence, ambition and avarice. It has made itself a tyrant and has become a danger to the survival of the republic.

The Declaration of Independence states:

“Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it…”

Ordinary Americans are feeling disenfranchised and helpless by politicians practicing elective despotism.

By its actions, the corrupt permanent political class is leaving the American people no other option than outright rebellion to take back our government.

POLITICAL CORRUPTION IS THE SINGLE, MOST IMPORTANT 2012 ISSUE

Washington, D.C. is hopelessly corrupt. None of the critical problems America is currently facing will be resolved without effectively addressing the blatant dishonesty and frequent criminality of politicians and their wealthy facilitators.

Corruption in Washington, D.C. can assume many forms.

Financial corruption

Peter Schweizer’s new book “Throw Them All Out” reveals a pattern of suspicious stock trading by members of Congress from both parties based on their financial disclosure statements and legislative activities.

In our current get-rich Congress, every member of the House and Senate can mix business with governing by trading stocks and making land deals while considering major pieces of legislation.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) – When Visa went public in March 2008, then-Speaker of the House Pelosi and her husband bought some of their shares at the opening IPO price—access that would be virtually impossible for the average individual investor.

Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT) – Baucus played a central role in forging the health-care-reform bill. As he was negotiating with pharmaceutical companies and putting his imprint on the legislation, Baucus was also buying and selling health-care stocks.

Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) – John and Teresa Heinz Kerry made numerous trades in health-care stocks, buying almost $750,000 in Teva Pharmaceuticals in November 2009 alone, while Kerry actively pushed Obama-care as a member of the health-care subcommittee.

Rep. Jared Polis (D-CO) – Polis sat on two committees central to the crafting and language of Obama’s health-care bill. At the same time, he invested millions of dollars in stocks and funds related to health care and pharmaceuticals.

Lyndon LaRouche issued the following statement this afternoon:

If Barack Obama is not thrown out of office soon, civilization is in mortal danger. The British Monarchy is out to destroy the United States as we know it, and Obama is their puppet instrument for accomplishing exactly that. The overall objective of this London-centered oligarchy is to reduce the world’s present population from the current official level of seven billion to less than one billion.

That is the issue that can no longer be dodged, if mankind is to survive the coming weeks and months. According to an Oct. 19 article in the North Carolina News & Observer, written by associates of Human Rights First, more than 20 retired U.S. Generals and Admirals have written to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), and to the chairman and ranking Senator of the Armed Services Committee, to demand the removal of police-state “anti-terrorism” measures from the 2012 Defense Authorization Act.

Authors J. Adam Abram and Alston Gardner write, “The 666-page National Defense Authorization Act being considered by the Senate contains at least two provisions that are simply not consistent with American values…. Section 1031 of the act permits indefinite military detention of American citizens, without charge or trial, if those citizens are accused of supporting or being members of or supporting an affiliate of al-Qaeda.”

Most citizens are completely unaware of the dangerous measures in the bill, especially since the committee debate in June 2011 was held behind closed doors. Now, the article warns, “a minority of senators is trying to rush the entire bill to the floor, using the excuse that we ‘must fund the military.’”

Among the signers of the letter to the Senate are retired officers who also fought against the Bush/Cheney/Obama torture policy, including:

Generals Joseph Hoar, USMC;

Charles Krulak, USMC;

Lt. Gen. Robert Gard, USA; and

Maj. Gen. Paul Eaton, USA.
